Henjo Plåtteknik AB
Henjo was founded in Ljungby in 1945 by Henry Johansson, who was a specialist in welding and smithery. The company was taken over by the founder's sons and the focus switched to sheet metal technology, which resulted in a change of name to Henjo Plåtteknik in 1987. In the same year, the first laser cutting machine was obtained which became the breakthrough for Henjo as a successful and profitable subcontractor of small series and steel metal prototypes, mainly for the truck industry but also for contract and packaging machines.
Henjo's guiding stars have aways been to focus on the needs of the customer and offer quality products with the industry's highest reliability of delivery.
The company today has sales of SEK 106 million and employs about 99 employees. It is part of the Söderbergföretagen industrial group, which also owns Andrén & Söner, STI Industriplast, Elisolation, Molybon and MarkJet. Henjo has its base in Ljungby and mainly supplies Swedish customers that have large international markets.
